The southbound empty coal train, actually a layer-loader since one of the cabooses are present, pops out of Wayne Tunnel, locaed about 4 miles East (railroad North) of Waynesburg, Pa powered by a MGA B23-7R and two "MGA" C30-7's. This train will operate in this fashion until it reaches Federal #2 Mine on the Miracle Run Branch near Miracle Run, Wv. The power will run around the train, partially load, then head to BLS 'WANA', MP W20.17 on the Waynesburg Southern, where it will then back down to Blacksville #2 Mine and complete it's loading.
